Passwords: 0An approximate estimate based on length and character set, not a guarantee for a specific password.
Avoid storing password exports on shared devices.
How to use the password generator
- Set the length. Choose 8–128 characters. For important accounts, we recommend at least 16.
- Choose character sets. Enable lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and symbols, or exclude look-alike characters.
- Enter a quantity. Generate one password or up to 1,000 unique results in a batch.
- Use your results. Copy an individual password, copy the full list or download TXT/CSV.
What makes a strong password?
Use a different randomly generated password for every account. Reusing passwords increases the risk of multiple accounts being compromised after one data breach. Length generally matters more than complicated substitution rules. Use a password manager for storage and enable two-factor authentication where available.
Bulk password generation
Generate up to 1,000 unique passwords per batch. TXT exports contain one password per line, while CSV exports use a password column. Avoid saving exports on shared devices and delete unused copies.
Privacy
Passwords are created locally in your browser using a cryptographically secure random generator. We do not transmit, store, or analyze the generated results. Downloaded files and clipboard contents remain under your control.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to generate passwords here?
Generation uses crypto.getRandomValues() in your browser. The code makes no network requests and does not send generated passwords to any server.
Can I generate passwords in bulk?
Yes. Choose between 1 and 1000 passwords, then copy the results or download a TXT/CSV file.
How long should a password be?
Use a unique password of at least 16 characters for typical accounts, and enable two-factor authentication where available.
Are special characters supported everywhere?
Some websites limit permitted characters. If needed, disable symbols and use a sufficiently long password.
